Blade crushers are used to crush coals extracted from mines into sizes demanded by customers. Primary blade crushers are used when the aim is to obtain maximum yield, least crumbling and minimum dust from cob coals. To produce coals of desired size, crushers called Sizers are used.
Crushing range of Sizers are adjustable. Although sizers produce coals of varying sizes, rate of acquired cob coal is lower and the rate of produced dust is more higher compared to blade crushers.
