Vacuum pans are used to concentrate juice of fruit and vegetables such as grapes, tomatoes and pepper. The juice is processed at low temperatures. Therefore it does not turn black but rather keeps its original colour. Bull type pans are preferred for low capacity (35ton/day) while continuous type is favoured for higher capacity needs.
Waste removal spirals are used to get rid of fruit and vegetable pulps in post-pressing phase. They differ in size depending on the place to send the pulp, and are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
